Mail winners at The Santander Media Awards
The Santander Media Awards, held at The HAC in London on 16th November, proved to be a fantastic night for our finance sections. This is Money completed a hat-trick of 'Personal Finance Website of the Year' wins, having previously taken home the award in 2009 and 2010.
James Salmon (MoneyMail) won 'Personal Finance Journalist of the Year' and was named runner up in 'Specialist Journalist of the Year'. He was also awarded 'National Article of the Year' for his Barclays miss selling expose.
MoneyMail was named runner up in the 'National Title of the Year' category whilst Ruth Lythe (MoneyMail) also took the runner up prize in the 'National Newcomer of the Year' category.
