Awards for our travel writing
THE awards keep coming for The Mail on Sunday's travel section: Travel Editor, Frank Barrett, was honoured for his Outstanding Contribution to travel writing by the Travel Press Awards.
The Mail on Sunday's regular travel supplements also won recognition in the National Newspaper Travel Supplement category of the awards. Earlier in the year, our writer Giles Milton won the Atout France Travel Article of the Year and Driving Over Lemons author Chris Stewart won second prize for his feature on Provence.
At the British Travel Awards, both the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday travel sections were nominated as Best Travel Information Supplement.
